4. Adding Photos, Sketches, Recordings & Document Attachments

Daily Notes allows you to add photos, sketches & documents to your notes. To add them, do the following:

To add a photo:
  1. Tap on the "Add" icon on the bottom toolbar.



  2. Tap on "Add Photo" then choose from either your iPad album or Camera.



  3. Select photos then press Done to add a photo.





To add a sketch:
  1. Tap on the "Add" icon on the bottom toolbar.
  2. Select "Attach Sketch"



  3. You’ll be directed to a page where you can sketch & draw. Tap on "Done" if you have already finished sketching.



  4. You'll be directed back to your notes, along with thumbnail preview of your attachment.






To add a document:
To attach a document to your notes, do the following:
  1. Open Daily Notes first and choose a Tab and a date where you want to attach the document.
  2. Go to the app (with an Open-in function) where your document is located. 
  3. Tap the “Open-in” then select Daily Notes.



  4. You will be directed back to Daily Notes with a message asking if you'd like to attach that document to that chosen date.



  5. After confirming, that document will be attached and shown as a thumbnail preview in your notes.



  6. Just tap on it to view it fully.






To add a recording:
To attach a document to your notes, do the following:
  1. Tap on the "Record" icon on the bottom toolbar.



  2. Hit the red button to start recording.



  3. Tap on the stop button if you're finished recording. 



  4. The recording will be instantly added to your notes. Tap to play.




To delete an attachment from your notes, just long press on it and tap on the Delete button.
